At Beautiful You Holistic Studio Kristi operates on a holistic, all-inclusive pricing model. Each session is designed to provide a customized experience tailored to your unique scalp and hair needs. Instead of charging per service, Kristi focuses on an integrated approach that includes all necessary assessments, recommendations, and treatments to support your healing journey.
To secure your session, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due in full the day before your first session. This ensures your full commitment to your healing journey and allows time for your sample kit or full detox kit to be mailed before your first meeting.

Kristi understands that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. To honor both your time and Kristi's, she kindly asks that you provide at least
24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your session. This allows Kristi to adjust her schedule and ensure she can continue supporting others on their healing journey.
Because your session includes a customized experience and preparation, the 50% deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel. However, if you reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be applied to your new session date.

Life happens, and sometimes delays are unavoidable. If you find yourself running late, please reach out as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate you. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your session to ensure you receive the full, unrushed experience you deserve.
If a reschedule is required due to tardiness and less than 24 hours’ notice is given, a $25 rescheduling fee
will apply to secure a new session time.

At Beautiful You Holistic Studio, tracking your scalp health progress is an important part of your healing journey. As part of your virtual analysis, you may share before and after photos or videos of your scalp with me. These images help document your progress and allow for personalized recommendations.
With your consent, Kristi may use scalp progress photos or videos (without personal identifying details) to educate and inspire others on their own healing journey. These may be shared on her website, social media, or marketing materials. If you prefer to keep your images private, please let Kristi know in advance, and your request will be fully respected.

At Beautiful You Holistic Studio, payment is required in advance to ensure a smooth and fully prepared experience.
-A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
-The remaining balance is due in full the day before your scheduled session to ensure you receive your custom sample kit or full detox kit before we meet.
-Kristi accepts credit/debit cards and digital payment services for your convenience.
-All payments are non-refundable, as time, preparation, and customized resources go into each session.
